The key project objective is to improve the quality of life of students suffering from acute, episodic, and chronic stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms by boosting mental health and social inclusions that would enhance their chances to function normally in university society and prevent recurrence of the disorder. The VR application will be implemented in the form of chill spots which students can use as a relaxation training program during an emergency. Chill spots will be designed and placed in such a way as to eliminate outside noise and isolate the user from the real environment. The designed VR application will create an immersive multisensory environment that implements Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Models and will be adjusted to student's needs. One relaxing session will last about 10 minutes, so it will be possible to take it during a single break.
